AccessDiver is a proxy application that lets you scan, leech and test proxy servers.
If you want to download AccessDiver, you can do so here:

Below, is a detailed description on how to use this proxy application.
Configuring
Everybody has it's own setup, to work best for themselves. I will show you how i configure AccessDiver, and as it works for me, it should for you, too.
First thing you need to do in AccessDiver, is go to the "my skills" menu on the top, and choose "proxy mode". Once you do that, a new proxy tab comes up.
Scanning
AccessDiver offers two ways of getting proxies. One way is by leeching them from websites and the other is by scanning a range of IP addresses for open ports.
WEB Proxy Leecher
The first method we'll look at is leeching. Click the "web proxy leecher" tab, and you'll see a list and an "url" textbox. All you have to do is find a website with a proxy list on it, write it's address in the "url" textbox and press the plus button. Instead of adding the websites one by one, you can list them in a text file, and load them all at once by pressing folder button on the left, and selecting your file. Once you have added the websites you want to leech, you can press the "start leeching", to start leechin proxies. When AccessDiver finds a proxy, it will list it in the black box on the right. You can then save these proxies by pressing the diskette button, or export them directly to the proxy analyzer by pressing the "add these proxies in..." button.
Proxy Hunter
By clicking the "proxy hunter" tab, you see a black textbox on the top. This is the number of IP addresses AccessDiver scans at once, which should depend on your computer and internet connection. If you don't know what number would be the best for you, you can leave it as it is by default. Below, you see a start and end at this IP textboxes. These are where you put your start and end IP address, which is fox example 123.45.67.0 and 123.45.67.255, which will scan 256 IP addresses. You can set any range of proxies to scan.
Once you've decided the range, you must set the ports to test. In the "port(s) to scan" textbox, enter all ports you want to test, divided by ";". The "timeout delay" textbox means how long will AccessDiver wait for a reply from a proxy, before marking it as dead. If you don't know what time should it be set to, you can leave it as it is by default. I suggest you also check the "hunt the IP region randomly", which can prevent some ISP troubles. After all that is set, you can press the "start" button at the top to start the scanning. When open proxy ports are found, they'll be listed in the list on the right. You can then save them by clicking the diskette button, or selecting all the proxies, and pressing the glasses button, to export them directly to the proxy analyzer.
Checking
In the "proxy analyzer" tab there are two black textboxes at the top. Same as before, they contain the number of IP addresses AccessDiver tests at once, and you can leave them as by default. Next thing you can set is the timeout at the bottom. It means how long will it wait for a reply from a proxy server before it marks it as dead. You can leave this as by default aswell. Now all you have left to do, is choose one of the two tests you want to perform on the proxies. If you choose the "confidentiality test", make sure you have checked the proxy judges you want to use, under the "anonymity checkers" tab.
